Krug is currently the NUMBER 1 BENGAL IN THE UK following The International Cat Association final standings for the 2008/2009 show season. He is now also a REGIONAL WINNER and we could not be prouder of our homebred boy!
At Krug's 1st adult show at the beginning of May 2008, he was made up to Grand Champion!! At his 2nd show in Leicester in May 2008, Krug achieved the outstanding feat of becoming 'SUPREME GRAND CHAMPION' at only his 2nd show!! We were delighted and as our 1st 'homebred' SUPREME GRAND CHAMPION, we here at Forestgems are absolutely over the moon!!
Krug was also announced as the Bengal Cat Club of Great Britain 'BEST BROWN SPOTTED KITTEN' and in the North Eastern Europe Regional Awards, he was '5TH BEST KITTEN' for the 2007/2008 show season!!
'KRUG' YOU ARE A SUPERSTAR!!!
'Krug' is our fabulous stud boy which we are VERY proud to be able to say we have bred ourselves here at Forestgems. Son of 'Banner' and 'Bubbles', Krug is a strong muscular body defies his young age and we believe that he is almost definately going to grow as big, if not bigger than his Dad!! He has a fabulous head, strong chin, well placed, medium sized ears, super short, thick tail and a temperament to die for!!! We thought Banner was soft, well his son and heir may well beat him to the Forestgems 'love bug' crown!! Everyday we pinch ourselves to think that we have managed to breed such a super boy!!

‘RICKY’
'Ricky' has recently joined us from Sam & Janis at Hilltop Bengals.
He arrived on Wednesday 5th March 2009 and we want to say a MASSIVE thank you to Sam & Janis for keeping him for us and looking after him under the Pet Passport Scheme. They have obviously loved him very much, and not only is he a visually stunning boy, but has the sweetest, most confident personality too. Sam & Janis showed Ricky for us once as an adult in Cleveland, Ohio where he achieved 9 finals over the weekend and came away as a Grand Champion This weekend (just 2 days after arriving here with us) he attended his second adult show - The Oneforall Cat Club show in Brigg, North Lincolnshire. He had an absolutely amazing 2 days, coming away as a Quadruple Grand Champion on Saturday and amazing us by making Supreme Grand Champion on Sunday.
'Ricky' offers us the drop dead gorgeous profile we have always loved here at Forestgems - he has a superb strong muscular boy, fabulously placed ears with nice rounded tips, a super muzzle and a clarity of markings we could only dream of. Ricky also has a temperament to die for, which is great, as this is something that we are very proud of in our cats and will be so important for us to continue with in the future.
Ricky's Sire is OS RW SGC Stonehenge Wurthawate of SnoPride "Wurthy" and his Dam is CH Bridlewood Jungle Love "J-Lo", we KNOW this boy will pack a real punch!!
