CHAMPION DAZZLEDOTS BANNER HEADLINE OF FORESTGEMS
‘BANNER’
‘Banner’ is our fantastic new Stud which we have recently imported from Dazzledots Bengals in Canada. Born on 3rd July 2006, Banner is finally home with us after spending 5 months in quarantine at ‘Starwinds'. A massive thank you to Phil & Adrienne at Starwinds for looking after him so well, enabling us to bring him home with his fabulous temperament completely unaffected by his journey. We also owe a massive thank you to Mara Summers at Dazzledots for letting us have this amazing boy!
'Banner' is the full litter brother to 'Dazzledots Exclusive Edition' (Edit), who Mara Summers at Dazzledots Bengals has kept to further her very exciting and cutting edge breeding programme in Canada. 'Edit' achieved Best of Division and Best of Breed from one judge in his kitten show debut in November 2006 plus was awarded the same honours by not one but two judges in his adult show debut in March 2007. Another very successful full litter mate of Banner is 'Dazzledots News Flash of Wild Africa' who is owned by Victor Gerlins of Wild Africa Bengals in Latvia and who has enjoyed extensive success in the show arena.
We were thrilled that Banner achieved 'Champion' status at his first T.I.C.A. show where Banner was well received against tough opposition. He finalled in 2 rings and was awarded 6th and 7th Best cat in 2 All Breed Finals where there were a total of 80 cats competing.
‘Banner’ has an absolutely fabulous profile, well placed small ears and huge rosettes on a light background, which make him an all round star. We are extremely excited to see the kittens that he will produce with our beautiful girls. Out of DGC Gogees Centre Stage & Dazzledots Fancy Stepper, he really is the ‘Gem’ in our Bengal Forest!

‘KRUG’
KRUG HAS JUST BEEN ANNOUNCED AS THE BENGAL CAT CLUB OF GREAT BRITAIN 'BEST BROWN SPOTTED KITTEN' FOR THE 2007/2008 SHOW SEASON!!
To say that we are thrilled would be an understatement and as our 1st 'homebred' Forestgems stud boy it makes us incredibly proud!! Watch this space for him in the adult class for the 2008/2009 season, where we hope to emulate his kitten success.
At the UK TICA Alliance 'Rescue Me' Show in Newbury, he had an amazing 2 days.
Krug gained 8 x Best of Colour and 4 x 2nd Best of Colour. He achieved a fab 8 x Best of Division and 4 x 2nd Best of Division. and an amazing 5 x Best of Breed, 6 x 2nd Best of Breed and 1 x 3rd Best of Breed. He then went on to make a superb 9 Finals from 12 Rings, winning 2 x 2nds, 2 x 3rds a 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Best Kitten in show. He caused a quite a commotion!!!
KRUG - YOU ARE A SUPERSTAR!!!
'Krug' is our fabulous up and coming new stud boy which we are proud to be able to say we have bred ourselves here at Forestgems. Son of 'Banner' and 'Bubbles', Krug is the whole package!! He has the most amazing markings on the softest, clearest pelt. His strong muscular body defies his young age and we believe that he is almost definately going to grow as big, if not bigger than his Dad!! He has a fabulous head, strong chin, well placed, medium sized ears, super short, thick tail and a temperament to die for!!! We thought Banner was soft, well his son and heir may well beat him to the Forestgems 'love bug' crown!! Everyday we pinch ourselves to think that we have managed to breed such a super boy!!
