CHAMPION MAJESTICPRIDE MOET OF FORESTGEMS

‘MOET’

‘Moet’ is our latest addition to the Forestgems clan! Huge thanks to Pamela Langevin of Majesticpride Bengals in Canada for caring so well for our special girl before she was sent to us - Pamela we cannot thank you enough. Moet is just wonderful, she has a very wild look to her, with her small head, huge eyes, fantastic profile and strong chin she looks every inch the wild cat in our home! She has the softest silkiest feel to her pelt which is not only wonderfully rosetted but also highly glittered. Her contrast is stunning and the clarity her coat has is also superb!! She has settled into our family really well and only 2 weeks after arriving with us and at only her first ever show, she gained Champion status which we are over the moon about!! A massive thank you to our friends Paul & Theresa for showing her for us, without whom we could not have achieved this show success so quickly! Moet also has a wonderful short thick tail, long muscular frame and in our opinion is a real beauty. We are looking forward to an early 2008 mating between her and Banner and hope that the kittens from these two will be purrrrfect.

FORESTGEMS HOMEMADE MARMALADE

‘MARMALADE’

‘Marmalade’ is our own home bred girl born 22nd March 2006. Teegan’s daughter, Marmalade has a fantastic glittered pelt with amazing contrast and jet black rosettes. Her wild looks, fabulous head and superb temperament, meant that we were very excited about the arrival of her first litter of kittens which arrived at the end of May 2007.
She attended her first T.I.C.A. show in Rugby, where she received 2nd Best in Colour in one ring, a subsequent show in Weston-Super-Mare saw her gain 3rd best in colour in 3 rings, however we think that this will be the end of her show career, as being confined to a show pen, just wasn’t her thing! She let everyone in the show hall know that she prefers the comforts of home.

ADCINSH TEGANTWO

‘TEEGAN’

‘Teegan’ was born on 15th January 2005 and has produces the most amazing litters of kittens. Teegan has a lovely ‘rufus’ coat, wild looks and a caring, gentle nature. She is a marvellous mother and although she had six kittens in her first litter, she dealt with it like a seasoned pro!

TYPHAST LAODICE OF FORESTGEMS

‘BUBBLES’

‘Bubbles’ is an amazing addition to our family of Bengal girls - she really does have it all!! A super soft, dense butter coloured coat with gorgeous, full, contrasting rosettes, a large muscular frame, short, thick tail and all of this is unsurprising given her pedigree. Sired by 'Jumanji's High Voltage' (who is the full brother to the stunning 'Jumanji's Mercury Rising') and with 'Gogees Centerpiece of Typhast' as her Mum, this is just the beginning of what can only be described as a fantastic pedigree. Also in her background are the outstanding cats 'Champion Gogees Enchante', 'Grand Champion Brokenmoor Ocean Prisma', 'Supreme Grand Champion Gogees Warpaint' and ' Millwood Bakari of Katnjamr', plus more amazing bloodlines beside, not least of all 'Medoz'.
We are thrilled with the kittens that she has given us with our wonderful new stud boy 'Banner', please have a look at our 'Kittens' page for photos of these amazing little babies.
'SHOW NEWS' - We are thrilled with how well 'Bubbles' did at her first T.I.C.A. show on March 10th 2007 in Bracknell. Receiving a 2nd Best of Colour, 2nd Best of Division & finalling in one ring, being awarded 3rd Best Kitten of Breed in that ring as well as being declared 7th Best Bengal Kitten in the final and 6th Best Bengal Kitten in the Bengal Kitten Congress - a great first show for 'Bubbles'!
Then in May 2007 at the SpoTICA Show, she was placed in all 5 rings receiving a 1st and 3 2nd Best of Colour awards along with a 1st, three 2nds and a 3rd Best of Division.
At the 2 day CoonTICA show in Godmanchester, Bubbles moved up to adult class and at just 8 months of age and competing against the big boys, she thrilled us by being awarded a 2nd Best of Colour, four 3rd Best of Colours and two 4ths, as well as an amazing two 3rd Best of Divisions, which makes us very proud indeed. Bubbles does not have a natural love of the show ring and has a slightly less outgoing personality, preferring her home comforts - so for us, this was a real victory, as she does not always show the judges her most accommodating side.

FORESTGEMS PLATINUM STAR

‘STAR’

‘Star’ is the second of our homebred Forestgems girls that we have kept. Out of our second mating between 'Teegan' and 'Brumas' (Balihai Brumas of Barijka), 'Star' is our only silver girl and we are very pleased with how she has developed into adulthood. 'Star' has a great mischievious, playful and affectionate temperament, wild head and jet black rosetted markings. Her silver coat is heavily glittered and we are happy to announce her first litter with Banner has produced 3 gorgeous silver babies (pictured on our kittens page).
'SHOW NEWS' - 'Star' also had a great day in her first T.I.C.A. show in Bracknell on Saturday 10th March 2007. At only 4 months of age to the day (the minimum age requirement to enter) and the youngest little girl at the show, she really did live up to her name - she was an absolute 'Star'. Thoroughly enjoying the spotlight, she posed for the judges and came away as 10th Best Bengal Kitten in the Bengal Kitten Congress, as well as being placed in all 4 of her rings, obtaining 2 second Best of Colour and Division awards plus 3 third Best of Colour & Divisions. We couldn't be happier with this star!
Star also attended the May 2007 SpoTICA Show in Bracknell and had an AMAZING day! She achieved Best of Colour and Best of Division in all 5 rings, as well as receiving 4th Best Kitten in the Speciality Final and 8th Best Kitten in the All Breed Final.
At the 2 day CoonTICA show in Godmanchester on 9th & 10th June 2007 and still in the kitten class, she received 3 Best of Colour, 3 Best of Division, 7 2nd Best of Colour and 6 2nd Best of Division Awards out of the 10 rings - Go Star!!
